The location is perfect, with easy subway access and plenty of nearby dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the view of the Empire State Building. However, the elevators were slow, and the breakfast options were limited and a bit overpriced.

Would recommend for a day tour
Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to public transport near the subway station, making it ideal for exploring the city and enjoying breakfast at the grab-and-go option on-site.
No significant dining options beyond breakfast.

The location was fantastic, just steps away from Times Square and the Empire State Building. Loved the clean room with no strange odors, and the staff greeted me with smiles. The coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus for early mornings. However, the breakfast options needed improvement. The hot items were often cold, which was disappointing. Also, the lobby felt a bit cramped at times, especially when busy. Nonetheless, it was easy to navigate around, and the staff's friendliness made a positive impact on my stay.

Great stay for families seeking comfort
The room was massive and had everything we needed including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Plus, the bed. I felt like I was melting into it like it was a memory foam trap, so comfy I could actually sleep like a baby.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square. Close to Penn Station for easy transportation too. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The only downside was the breakfast options weren't as good as before, but everything else was great!
One issue we faced was a lack of fresh water available for free in the lobby, which would have been a nice touch considering the price.

The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to Penn Station where you can catch trains easily. The room was clean and had a great view of the Empire State Building. The daily housekeeping kept us comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed using the microwave and coffee maker too.
My wife says that the parking situation was inconvenient and a bit of a trek for families with kids.
